Worthmore has 2 barns with a total of 45 stalls. The “New” barn stalls are 12x12. Each stall is matted and has a large exterior window allowing for ventilation. The "New" barn, which is across from the indoor arena, houses 30 stalls. This barn holds 2 hot/cold water wash stalls, 2 tack rooms, and has a concrete aisle way. Heated water buckets are provided in the winter. Double buckets are provided to those big drinkers in the summer. The "Old" barn has 9 stalls. The stalls in the old barn are big; measuring approximately 15 x15. This barn has 1 hot/cold water wash stall, 2 tack rooms, two stalls for grooming/tacking and a concrete aisle way. The “Pony” barn is attached to the old barn and has three additional stalls used for special situations. We have three additional stalls in the "Hay" barn.
There are 4 large pastures with run-ins and automatic, heated waterers. For those who require individual turn-out we do offer 14 individual paddocks varying in size.
Worthmore has one 100x200 outdoor sand arena in addition to a 80x200 indoor arena. There is an observation deck at the indoor arena for the convenience of parents and other spectators. We also have a grass dressage arena. Since we are located on 50 acres, we have access to a outdoor space to accommodate hill work, trot sets, hack outs, and any other needs you or your horse may desire.
We believe that consistency helps support healthy horses. We adhere to a strict feeding schedule. We offer a few types of feed for your horse’s special needs. Our feeds include Buckeye, Purina and Triple Crown. We are in the Barn Buddy program of Smartpak for those who require supplements. We provide horses with quality hay (including alfalfa if requested) both in their stalls and in the pastures.
We are willing to accommodate special requests however an extra fee may apply depending on the circumstance.
